Definitions and Interpretation

The meanings of the words and terms used in these terms and conditions are described below. These definitions apply to the understanding of any part of this document.

• "Platform" refers to the 7b7b website, mobile version and all associated services.
• "User" or "Player" refers to any person who has registered on the 7b7b platform and is using the services.
• "Account" refers to the user's registered profile and associated information.
• "Balance" refers to the amount of money stored in the user's account.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Limit

Only persons aged 21 or above may register on 7b7b. The platform may request a government-issued ID for age verification at any time. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and any such account will be closed immediately.

2.2 One Person One Account

Each person may open only one account. Multiple accounts held by the same person are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended and any associated bonuses will be cancelled.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration — name, date of birth, mobile number and payment details — must be accurate and truthful. 7b7b reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the balance if false information is provided.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

7b7b currently provides services to residents of Bangladesh. Accessing the platform from a restricted area will be considered a violation of these terms.

Account Management

3.1 Password and Security

It is the user's own responsibility to maintain the security of their account. Use a strong password and never share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

7b7b may request documents to verify a user's identity at any time. Documents commonly requested include:

• Copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Proof of ownership of the payment method
• Proof of current address

7b7b reserves the right to suspend withdrawals if KYC documents are not submitted within the specified time.

3.3 Account Inactivity

If there are no transactions for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. Logging back into an inactive account will reactivate it.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on the 7b7b platform is ৳100. Accepted payment methods for deposits are: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The same minimum limit applies for each method.

• Deposit details must match the information registered on the account.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Keep proof of deposit (screenshot or transaction ID).

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Processing a withdrawal request generally takes 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method through which the deposit was made.
• Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been completed.
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• Additional verification may be required in cases of suspicious activity.

4.3 Transaction Failures

7b7b is not responsible if a transaction fails due to technical reasons. However, if a problem occurs, notifying the support team immediately will ensure it is resolved as quickly as possible.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players will receive a 120% bonus up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times (25x).

• For example: depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳1,200 as a bonus. A total of ৳2,200 × 25 = ৳55,000 must be wagered before it becomes withdrawable.
• The bonus can be received only once on the first deposit.
• The deadline to complete wagering is within 30 days of the bonus being issued.

5.2 VIP Cashback

7b7b's VIP program has three tiers and weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.

Players are promoted to higher VIP tiers based on regular participation and loyalty to the platform.

5.3 Breach of Bonus Terms

7b7b reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings if bonus terms are breached. If bets are placed in a fraudulent manner using a bonus, the account may be closed.

Betting Rules

6.1 General Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on the 7b7b platform:

• A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets can only be placed using the account balance; there is no credit facility.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, 7b7b will provide an appropriate resolution.
• If evidence of fraud or manipulation is found, the associated winnings will be cancelled.

6.2 Special Rules for Sports Betting

The following rules additionally apply to bets placed on all sports events including cricket, football and kabaddi:

• Odds may change for live bets after a match has started.
• If a match is abandoned or there is no determined result, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If any information relating to match fixing is received, the associated bets may be suspended.

6.3 Casino Game Rules

The rules of each individual game provider apply to all casino games including slots, live casino and fishing games. 7b7b reserves the right to void winnings obtained due to a software error.

Responsible Gambling

• Users can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit and betting limits for themselves.
• A temporary break (cooling-off period) can be requested when needed.

Prohibited Activities

Intellectual Property

All content on the 7b7b platform — logos, designs, graphics, software, text, and other elements — is protected under 7b7b's intellectual property rights.

• No content from the platform may be copied, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior permission from 7b7b.
• Game software is covered under the intellectual property of the respective providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe).
• Running any advertisement or promotion using the 7b7b name or logo is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

7b7b bears no responsibility in the following cases:

• Loss of a session or bet due to internet disconnection.

Account Closure

13.1 Closure at User's Request

Any user may request closure of their account at any time. Any balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed. If bonus wagering is incomplete, that bonus will be forfeited.

13.2 Closure by 7b7b

7b7b may close a user's account for any of the following reasons:

• Serious violation of these terms.
• Proven fraudulent activity.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Suspicious activity related to money laundering.
• Failure to submit KYC documents.

The balance of an account closed due to a ban may be forfeited. However, the balance of an account closed solely at the user's own request will be returned.

General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These rules and terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gambling guidelines together form the entire agreement between the user and 7b7b. Any previous oral or written understandings are replaced by this document.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.

14.3 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between 7b7b and a user will first be addressed through negotiation. If unresolved, the relevant judicial process will be followed.
